Black Friday Shopping Fight and Arrest

Ok guys I went out shopping this morning .... BAD MISTAKE lol. So I was up at midnight to go get a TV from the local Walmart and a dude and a woman got into a fight about who was first in line and it got ugly quick. This guy was getting up in the womans face yelling and  screaming at her for a brief second until security took him to the ground and arrested him. Moral of the story it isnt worth fighting and all that to just save a couple hundred on a TV. I ended up not being able to get the tv I wanted but i found one better online at a cheaper price. Always do your reseach before heading out on black friday :)

Jewelry... It's not just a woman thing.

Jewelry we all know it cost a lot of money... So natural it makes it worth some money. People when you go to yard sales look for jewelry. If its gold or silver you're in good luck. Gold and silver have been on the rise in the last year. If you happen to find some gold WHATEVER you do DON't take it to the We buy gold places tey will only pay you half of what it is really worth. I suggest selling  it on ebay. I listed some the other day and I got  110% of what it worth. So get out there and get the good deals... Now I know winter is coming up and yard sales are going to get scarce. SO check into Estate Sales They are always on the web in your local neighborhood :)

Buying a used computer vs. new

So people would prefer a new computer over a used one. I myself like to save money each and every way possible. Most used computers are usually $100 cheaper just because they are used. I have bought several used computers and sold them for good money because alot of people don't want to buy a brand new computer and it be out dated in just a couple of months. Usually you can just buy a new operating system and make it run better. I mean to save $100 I would do it. It's just up to the individual person. Buying used computers may sound bad , but to save some money its actually a good deal. But that's for desktops. As for laptops repeat after me, " I will never purchase a used laptop " lol buying a used laptop is usually bad. most people dont take care of their laptops and they break really easy so stay away from these. Hope this tip helped you guys. :)

Ways to save money with great coupons

My family and I have a modest income. We make most than everyone else but yet again we pay more taxes and have bigger bills. So I took it upon myself to start coupon-ing. There are tons of websites that have coupons for almost anything you could ever think of. The trick to extreme coupon-ing in Memphis is to stack. Stacking is where you have 2 coupons for the same product and you use them both at the same time and save unreal amounts of money. Some stores have specials on items like 2/ $5 well if you have a $2 off coupon plus the stores sale. You just got one item for basically free. You have to know when to use coupons and when to not use them. They do have an expiration date but be wise on how you use them.
I use coupons for all my groceries and save on average $400 a month. It takes me probably 2 hours a day of clipping and organizing coupons, but it pays off when I get the stores and see the totals. So go do your research and find some site with coupons and get your local Sunday paper and start saving them coupons because it your money and you need it in your wallet not in the cash drawer of your local favorite store.

Selling your old automobile

Hello followers, I noticed something today and I thought I should let everyone out there know about it. I went used car shopping today with a buddy of mine. He is looking for a newer use car , but he already has one. So he was going to trade his old car in for a new one. After talking and looking he asked the dealership how much would they give him for his car and they told him only $1000. I personally looked up the Kelly Blue-book value of it before we went there. In good condition it goes for $3500.

Well he didn't take the offer because I told him about how he could sell it on Craigslist for at least $2500 cash and not have to mess with the dealership messing him over. So He bought the car and he is already getting calls about his car and I just listed it today for him.

So people PLEASE do your homework before making an informed descion like this : had i not been with him he would of sold it and lost $1500. So stay smart and always follow the thing I post on here and I will lead you down the road of success :)

Dave Ramsey's Envelope System

Get on a Simple System I found out that Grandma's way to handle money still works. People used to always use cash envelopes to control their monthly spending, but very few do in today's card swiping culture. The envelope system is a key component of the Total Money Makeover plan because it works. Here are a few simple basics for starting a cash envelope system:

Budget each paycheck. Budget is a dirty word to most people, but you must budget down to the last dime if you're going to successfully implement the envelope system.
<br>
Divide and conquer. Of course, there will be budget items that you cannot include in your envelope system, like bills paid by check or automatic withdraw. However, you can create categories like food, gas, clothing and entertainment.

Fill 'er Up. After you've categorized your cash expenses, fill each envelope with the money allotted for it in your budget. For example, if you allow $100 for clothing, put $100 in cash in your clothing envelope for the month.

When it's gone, it's gone. Once you've spent all the money in a given envelope, you're done spending for that category. If you go on a shopping spree and spend the $100 in your clothing envelope, you can't spend any more on clothes until you budget for that category again. That means no visits to the ATM to withdraw more money!

Don't be tempted. While debit cards can't get you directly into debt, if used carelessly, they can cause you to over-spend. There's something psychological about spending cash that hurts more than swiping a piece of plastic. If spending cash whenever possible can become a habit, you'll be less likely to over-spend or buy on impulse.

Give it time. It will take a few months to perfect your envelope system. Don't give up after a month or two if it's not clicking. You'll get the hang of it and see how beneficial the envelope system is as you dump debt, build wealth, and achieve financial peace! See ... simple!

Certainly, some bills may come in at different times of the month, so you'll need to adjust your written game plan to take it one step further. You need to plan the budget based upon your pay periods. Say that you get paid twice a month. If you can write down which bills you plan on paying from each paycheck, you will not be left with a surprise bill. Spend each month's income and each individual paycheck on paper before it comes in.

Sup guys. I thought I would let you guys see what my computer set up looks like so heres a picture of it ...
That's my setup. It works for me to do what I want it to I also use my Iphone to blog and list stuff on Ebay. Right now I'm in the process of trying to sell a Hove-round and 2 electric wheelchair lifts. I currently have them listed on Craigslist for $50 each. Im hoping to get some calls about them. Which leads me to tell you guys that Handicapped products like that typically dont sell well ...because people that need them usually get it for free from the government. SO there isn't a big resell market for them so try to stay away from those. Thanks for looking guys ttyl :)
